MY STORY
Hi, I'm Dani Jensen, owner of Dani Jensen Photography. It all started back in 2012 when I received my first 'real' camera as a birthday present. Little did I know that this interest of photography was going to bring me so much joy and even motivate me to grow it into my career.
My life has been a wonderful journey filled with amazing memories.
Memories of traveling through Europe with my parents as a child.
Memories of great friendships at Merchiston and St Charles College.
Memories of Varsity College and graduating with a BCom Economics Degree.

Memories of marrying Robin, my childhood sweetheart, 6 years ago.
Memories of moving into our new home in Hilton, KZN.
Memories of being blessed with our beautiful little girl that brings us great joy daily.

Memories are a vital part of who we are. For me, being able to capture these special moments and events in peoples lives is something that I am passionate about.

Asa family, we love sports, the outdoors, adventure, travel and of course our four adorable dogs! My dad is a full time musician and he continuously reminds me that if I do what I love, I will never work a day in my life. I can confirm that what my dad said is true and that I absolutely love what I do.

a part of my career.

In June 2013 I photographed my very first wedding in Durban and it was then that I realized that this is what I want to pursue. Fast forward to 2020, I have learned that capturing real, natural and soul-filled moments in peoples lives is what I desire most. This guided me to focus my attention on Weddings, Corporate Events and School photography as my main line of work.

I love meeting new people and finding out what fills them with happiness and laughter. I seek to capture moments in a natural way and in an environment where real emotions can be felt.
